ELECTORAL ROLL
Our electoral roll is a list of all those who wish to formally commit to serving Christ as a part of the Trinity Church family, seeking to serve God using the gifts and resources He has entrusted to them to help us know Christ better and make Him better known.

Those on the electoral role are:​

able to vote at annual general meetings

eligible to be Trinity's representative at AMiE’s synods.

receive a copy of the churches annual financial statement and report

APPLICATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE ELECTORAL ROLL
If you would like to commit to serving Christ at Trinity and apply for inclusion in the electoral roll please submit the following declaration:
I declare that the following statements are true:

I am 16 years or older

I have been baptised in a church that subscribes to the doctrine of the Trinity as articulated in the ecumenical creeds

I affirm the Apostles’ Creed
-
I have attended Trinity Church Lancaster at least 6 times in the last 6 months
If you do not grant consent we will not be able to use your personal data to contact you about forthcoming services and events. We still may use your personal data in limited situations, where required to do so by law or to protect members of the public from serious harm.

LEAVING THE ELECTORAL ROLL
You can withdraw from the electoral roll at any time by e-mailing: elec.roll@trinitychurchlancaster.org.uk

Anybody can ask to be removed and those who move on from Trinity Church will automatically be removed after two months.
Upon removal, all personal information stored will be deleted.

Please note that all processing of your personal data will cease once you have withdrawn, other than where this is required by law, and note this will not affect any personal data that has already been processed prior to this point.
